Great!!

Fab experience in the lounge and a much better option to the shabby airport facilities

Really enjoy the Aspire lounge with it's views onto run way, food was delicious and staff very welcoming.

The food was ok. Maybe just a bigger variety needed. Chairs very comfortable and the staff very helpfull. Atmosphere very relaxing. Ice cream was a wonderful idea in the heat.

Wonderful food! The soup was truly amazing!

We have a nice time in Aspire Lounge in Helsinki Airport. Only Cave / Prosecco were missing

It’s the first time we’ve used the lounge at Doncaster but will definitely be doing it again! Excellent value for money; I would have thought twice about it if it was £50+ each but I was happy to pay £35 each for the three of us. Food was lovely. Staff friendly and attentive. Clean, calm and lovely environment to be in!

The experience was quite good, although there was not enough seating and the room was very warm. The receptionist was very helpful.

Excellent lounge. Clean, comfortable, nice snacks and drinks.

The staff were exemplary. I had a kid on crutches and they really looked after her. Good selection of drinks and food. Would have liked a kid friendly simple option and air conditioning but cannot fault the staff and nutritious food and access to drinks. Money well spent!

Took a long time for the receptionist at the lounge to confirm it was a legit pass for entry

I would have given zero if I could. We were denied access at aspire lounge in Birmingham because “ we are not taking lounge passes today “
I am in the process of trying to get a refund from lounge pass without much success so far. Lounge pass want the name of whoever denied me access and Aspire say a name is not necessary. There were lots of people being turned away so I’m sure lounge pass should know how to deal with this !!

Yes you are processing a refund.
BUT 3 different people looked at my lounge pass including a supervisor. They all clearly said “ we are not taking lounge passes today “ so this was not a one off. They pointed out your (very small ) terms and conditions that say “ you may be refused entry”. If I had read the t and c properly I would not have booked with you but booked with Aspire directly

Lathe supervisor at Aspire was very polite and helpful and said it happens all the time when the lounge has a lot of bookings and she wishes lounge pass customers were more aware

Excellent price for a 3 hour chill out time before flying. Staff were great and food & drinks superb

I paid GDP 34.69 for access to the Emirates lounge in Sydney. However, when I arrived the lounge was closed. A sign read:
"As part of our enhanced hygiene and safety
measures, this lounge will remain closed until
further notice."
I took a photo of the sign and thought it would be a straightforward process to receive a refund. LoungePass refused to give me a refund, claiming that the lounge was in fact open - despite photographic evidence that it was undesputedly closed! This is nothing short of dishonest conduct by the administration at LoungePass. Beware before using their services.

The lounge was lovely. Nice food. Only downside was it was really busy so was difficult to find a seat. Last time I was in the lounge there was someone there to direct you to a seat as soon as one became available. This time it was a free for all which meant that people who arrived after us managed to find a seat first
